Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 22, 2026

Kehai is a personal health presence and record app, made by Nomos Industries. This policy describes what the app collects, where it lives, and the choices you have. We do not sell your health data.

What Kehai collects

When you use Kehai, the app may store:

On iPhone, Kehai is built around Apple Health as the data hub. You choose which sample types to share in the Health app through the Sources drawer in Signals. Kehai is designed to read only what you allow and to show type counts and provenance — not just connected or not.

The current release does not require an account. Sign in with Apple, email sign-in, and cloud backup are not offered in the app today.

Where your data lives

Kehai is local-first. Your record is stored on your iPhone in the app’s local storage, including uploaded lab files kept on device. We do not operate a cloud copy of your health record in the current release.

If you remove the app from your device, local data stored by Kehai is removed with it unless you have exported or shared copies elsewhere.

What we do not do

AI and automated processing

Kehai’s role is to notice, remember, and connect information you already have — not to diagnose or replace a clinician. The app does not run an in-app AI on your health record today. Optional scale file import may include copy you can use outside Kehai to reformat a file; that work happens outside the app, on your terms.

Your choices

Children

Kehai is not directed at children under 13. See our Terms of Use for age requirements.
