Terms of Use

Effective and last updated: August 22, 2026

By using Kehai, you agree to these terms. Kehai is a personal health record made by Nomos Industries — not a medical device.

What Kehai provides

Kehai helps you gather health signals, records, and personal context in one place — from Apple Health (when you choose to share types), manual entries, lab uploads, and supported file imports. The app preserves provenance, shows your record over time, and may surface patterns for your attention.

Kehai does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Any educational content in the app is for general understanding, not clinical decision-making.

How Kehai uses intelligence

Where Kehai uses automated or AI-assisted features, their role is to notice, remember, and connect — not to pronounce a medical conclusion. Kehai does not replace physicians or other qualified clinicians.

Your responsibilities

Your data

You own your data. In the current release, your record is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled, what export options exist today, and what is not yet available.

Third-party sources

Kehai may display data that originated elsewhere — Apple Health, a smart scale, a lab report you upload, or a file you import. Kehai does not control those sources and does not guarantee their accuracy. Direct connections to some providers may appear in the app before they are available; only connected sources affect your record.

Limitation

Kehai is provided as-is. We work to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every estimate from a consumer device will match clinical measurements.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of Kehai after an update means you accept the revised terms.
